Final Report

Throughout the year, detailed technical aspects of the of the project were evaluated and analyzed, through several means and methods, as part of the Senior Capstone of Penn States Architectural Engineering program. This report, will focus on the overall findings of the project evaluation, specifically, the four construction means and methods. These methods will be analyzed and within these depth topics, are two engineering breadths, which will be embedded within two of the four analyses. Each analysis will lean on background information, research, alternative designs/ methods, and potential solutions to these critical issues. Lastly, one analysis will focus on evaluating critical industry issues relating to the project, which is described below. The overall goal of these depth studies is to offer the project team optimal solutions, as to quality of the product, as well as service to the client. It is important to note that the purpose of these investigations and evaluation is solely based on educational purposes and not intended to evaluate the efforts of the project team.
